Dr. Amanda M. Karm
Owner, Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Karm is dedicated to spreading the message of health and wellness in and around Arlington Heights, the city in which she was raised. Dr. Karm graduated from St. Viator High School, St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI with her Bachelors of Science, and with honors from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL. She emphasizes treatment of women’s health issues, pre- and post-pregnancy pain and wellness care, pediatric wellness care, musculoskeletal conditions.
Dr. Gretchen Schwarzbeck
Associate Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Gretchen Schwarzbeck was raised in Mount Prospect where she attended Prospect High School. She was first introduced to chiropractic medicine when she injured her back in high school cheerleading. This inspired her to study Health Sciences at Bradley University and earn her Chiropractic Medicine degree at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL.
Dr. Lauren Meyers
Associate Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Lauren Meyers is a Webster-certified chiropractor with a passion for caring for children and families. Born and raised in Elmhurst, she attended York High School before earning her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Logan University. She is dedicated to providing gentle, personalized care that helps moms-to-be experience more comfortable pregnancies and gives kids the best start in life. Her mission is to create a welcoming space where families can feel supported, healthy, and thriving every step of the way.

Cheryl Wetterhahn, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist, Fascial Stretching Therapy Certified
I am experienced in many modalities such as Fascia Stretch Therapy, Cupping, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Prenatal, and Sports Massage techniques. I have a specialty in Fascial Stretch Therapy where I received my certification from the Stretch To Win institute as a Level 3 Medical Specialist. I also specialize in cupping and myofascial release. I also teach a class called “ Life Stretch” Where I teach you Self assessment, posture, breathing and fascial stretching.
Christina Smith, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Christina graduated from Cortiva Institute Massage Therapy School in January 2012. She specializes in Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue, Pre-Natal Massage, Swedish Massage, and Myofacial Release Technique. She also carries additional certifications in Pre-Natal and Hot Stone Massage Therapy. In her free time she enjoys working on self care, yoga, being outdoors, and walking in nature (especially when her dog Sebastian is along for the adventure). She enjoys good food and the company of her friends. She also takes great joy in continuously expanding her knowledge of holistic health, and new ideas and practices that may benefit herself and others.
Becca Busscher, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Becca graduated from Cortiva Institute in 2017. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Pre-Natal Massage, and Hot Stone Massage. In her free time, she enjoys camping, spending time with her dog and cats, and reading from her ever growing pile of books.
Ashley Lakin, MS, CNS, LND
Integrative Clinical Nutritionist
Ashley Lakin grew up in Lake Forest, IL and has been passionate about food and health from a young age. Ashley graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor’s of Science in Dietetics before moving to New York City. There, she attended the Natural Gourmet Institute and completed the Chef’s Training Program focusing on health-supportive culinary arts.
